I set up an installer company - Arktek Group Limited and received only first class support yourselves. I will let you know if I ever come across a poor Thermabead installation, but after over three years of doing this, I’ve never seen one!

I contacted you as I was sure I would get the support I needed, I’ve contacted a few of your competitors, where I know poor product installation is being carried out and have yet to hear back from any of them.

We had Thermabead installed in our walls in February 22. The installation was carried out swiftly and professionally and was completed within a few hours; we were hard pushed to see the holes that were made; they were filled in to match the brickwork. You would have to look really closely to find them!
More or less immediately, we noticed the house retained it's heat considerably longer after the heating was turned off. And we have been able to lower the radiator controls by a notch or two. The utility room, usually a cold spot, is considerably more comfortable.
An added bonus came during the summer heatwave; with windows closed and curtains drawn, it also prevented heat getting in, so we were more comfortable than the 40 degrees outside.
We are very pleased at the results! Especially with the current rocketing costs of energy bills!
