ThermaBead Is The Leading Supplier And Installer Of Cavity Wall Insulation In The UK.

We not only manufacture and distribute our specially designed insulation beads to companies across the country, but we also train our network of over 100 partners to use the system to BBA standards. With national coverage our infrastructure and scale means we can deliver exceptional customer service each and every day. We offer product accreditations with both the BBA and with KIWA. In addition we also offer the choice of CIGA or GDGC as a guarantee provider. We have also been responsible for the research and development of many innovative and pioneering new industry technologies, such as the Thermascopic Bead Lance and the ThermExtract cavity clearance system.

We are based in Worcester, in the West Midlands, minutes from junction 6 of the M5. We employ a range of industry experts in our manufacturing plant, installation teams and administration offices.

What We Offer

Manufacture & Supply

Our plant is home to a high quality, complex manufacturing process that produces the UK's most advanced cavity wall product- ThermaBead CarbonBead and ThermaBead Diamond. The process has been refined over many years to to ensure maximum levels of thermal efficiency. We have national coverage for the delivery of our product meaning our ThermaBead products are installed in every corner of the UK by our own installers and our network of accredited ThermaBead installers.

Installation

Our own team of installation technicians work to exceptional standards on commercial and domestic properties reaching the maximum level of energy efficiency that is possible in the retro-fit of insulation. The team is trained in house in all aspects of our own ThermaBead product range making them second to none.

Surveying

Our friendly energy surveyors visit domestic properties up and down the country to assess current energy efficiency performance and recommend improvements. Naturally, they are fully trained on current financial assistance and incentives that are available (from central government, local authority or via energy companies) to those wanting a warmer, cosier, energy efficient home. ThermaBead has full access to a wide range of grants that, in some cases, can mean mean FREE or DISCOUNTED home improvements for our customers.

Project Management

Some large-scale projects require project management and support from us to ensure the success of a project. Or perhaps a dedicated point of contact would be useful. We offer this service for clients - such as new build developers, housing associations or local authorities - that need it.
